 At
10:00 am on Friday morning, Point Lookout gathered to
celebrate Independence Day with it's annual 4th of July
parade. The weather held out as a crowd
gathered at the ball field to begin the parade route which made
its way up Mineola to Beech Street.
The Civic Association, Chamber
of Commerce, Bridge Biddies the Fishing Club and tons of kids on
decorated bikes all happily took part in the festivities.
