At
10:00 am on Sunday morning, Point Lookout gathered to
celebrate  Independence Day with it's annual 4th of July
parade. A beautiful day
welcomed many parade watchers & participants. The route this
year was changed to accommodate the 10:15 am mass and was routed
up Baldwin Ave. instead of Parkside Drive.
The Civic Association, Chamber
of Commerce, Bridge Biddies the Fishing Club and many of our
neighboring towns clubs & fire departments participated. The
highlight of course were the tons of Point kids on
decorated bikes who all happily took part in the festivities.
